Services Inside the Theatre
During the performance
Large items, such as suitcases and baby carriages, must be left in the cloakroom. Storing umbrellas in the cloakroom is not allowed and patrons must take them into the auditorium. Please allow extra time for storing your belongings before the show.
Blankets are available for rental. If you wish to borrow a blanket, please ask at the Information desk.
Located in the foyers of 1st and 2nd floor, the merchandise shop offers a variety of products in association with the show, including programs. We hope that you visit the shop to browse souvenirs and gifts available. Please note that some merchandise is also available through the online shop (internet shopping).
Food & Beverage Shop
Situated in the foyer of the 1st floor, this shop offers refreshments such as coffee, juice and sandwiches. Please consume your purchases in the foyer and refrain from consuming food and drinks in the auditorium.
You can purchase programs from the program counter as well as from the Merchandise Shop.
Please observe good manners so that all members of the audience may enjoy the performance.
Photography, video and audio recording are not allowed in the auditorium
All photography inside the auditorium is prohibited. Please also refrain from taking photographs before the performance begins. Video and audio recording during the performance is prohibited by law.
Turn your smartphones and mobile phones off
During the performance, please turn your mobile phones, watch alarms, game consoles or other devices, which emit sound or light, off.
Do not lean forward during the performance
Leaning forward in your seat obstructs the view of behind you. Please sit up straight with your back against the seat during the performance.
Talking during the performance is prohibited
Please refrain from talking during the performance for not disturbing other members of the audience. You may be asked by staff to refrain from talking if necessary.
