Ticket Information

For our Ongoing productions, please refer to the web-page 'on-going Productions', where you can get the ticket prices.

*All of our productions are performed in the Japanese language.
*For the moment, any kind of ticket reservation service is basically served in the Japanese language only.

Please note that the ticket once reserved can not be changed or cancelled in any event.

You will get a Reservation Number per reservation. Please keep the number until the end of the performance since you need to refer to it when you pick up the ticket(s).

You can purchase tickets for our productions in the following ways.

FOR THOSE WHO LIVE IN JAPAN

1.TOLL-FREE PHONE CALL (SHIKI RESERVATION CENTER)

(Please note that you may be kept waiting since there are very few English-speaking operators.)

PAYMENT:Please appoint any of the following at the reservation.

  1. Bank Transfer
  2. Postal Transfer
  3. Convenience Store (Lawson, Family Mart, Seven-Eleven, Seiko Mart, Circle K Sunkus, Ministop)
  4. Credit Card (VISA, AMEX, JCB, DINERS, MASTER, UFJ)
  5. Theatre Box Office

In the case that the reservation is made without enough precedent days before the performance, some of the above choices will not work.

PICK-UP:In the case that the reservation is made more than 17 days prior to the performance, the ticket(s) will be sent to your appointed address by post. Otherwise, you should pick up the ticket(s) at the box office on the day of the performance.

2.INTERNET (SHIKI ON-LINE TICKET)

Once you have done with the reservation, please make sure to inform us about your reservation (including your name, the reservation number, the day of the performance, the number of ticket(s) by e-mail (boxoffice@shiki.gr.jp).

In either way of reservation, we do not send tickets abroad. You shall pick up the ticket(s) at the box office on the day of the performance. Please tell your name and the reservation number, identifying yourself with an ID card, passport copy or something. Tickets are ready for pick-up at the box office one hour prior to the curtain time.
