<UPDATED May 22nd: EXTENDED SUSPENSION OF ALL PERFORMANCES / EXPECTED RE-OPENING>Performance Cancellations
Novel Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) Control and Prevention

In an effort to prevent the spread of the infection of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Shiki Theatre Company has suspended all performances at the moment.

At this time, we have made the difficult decision to change the performance plans of some of our productions, as we do not have an outlook on whether they can be presented per the original dates.
We express our sincerest apology and regret to our audiences who had been looking forward to seeing the show.

Please see below for the productions for which the performance plans have been changed.

*The original Tokyo production (July 14th ~ August 27th) and the National Tour (opening in September 19th) in 2020 have been canceled.

*We had previously considered presenting the National Tour in or after May 2021, however it has now been changed to start in September of this year.

We are hoping to re-open our productions in sequence from the end of June and on.

Shiki Theatre Company will carefully consider and determine the execution of our productions, even for those with expected re-opening dates. With regard to future performances, please be informed that performance(s) may be suddenly canceled at the request of the government or local authorities, even after they are deemed able to re-open.

When the shows resume, we will take thorough sanitary measures at our theatres. Details will be announced at a later date, after the re-openings are confirmed.



TEMPORARY SUSPESION OF TICKET SALES
(FOR PERFORMANCES IN 2020)

Starting on Saturday, May 9th, we will suspend ticket sales for the performances in 2020 until further notice.
We will make an announcement at a later date once it is decided to resume ticket sales.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

TICKET REFUNDS

We will refund tickets for our guests who had ticket(s) to the cancelled performance(s) on and after Thursday, February 27th, as well as those who did not attend the performances on and after Wednesday, February 26th (for seats without an admission record).

For instructions on ticket refund, please contact us via email.
Please be sure to include in your email the details of your purchased ticket(s), including the title of show, performance date and time, seat number, and method of purchase.
