TICKET SALES FOR PERFORMANCES

Please find the details on the ticket sales for each production below.
*Please note that the above may not apply to National Tour performances sponsored by presenters other than Shiki Theatre Company.

SANITARY MEASURES AT OUR THEATRES

[WHEN YOU ARRIVE]

- From Monday, March 13th, 2023 and onwards, you are advised to wear a face mask inside the theatre (Wearing masks are mandatory until Sunday, March 12th).
- When coughing, we ask for your cooperation in practicing the cough etiquette, such as wearing a face mask and/or covering your mouth with your arm.
- Doors are scheduled to open 45 minutes before the show. We ask that you kindly avoid crowding while queuing at the entrance.
- Antiseptics will be installed at the theatre entrance, as well as in the lobby and restrooms. We thank you for your cooperation in washing your hands thoroughly and utilizing sanitizers. Please inform one of the ushers if you are allergic to antiseptics with alcohol.
- There will be infrared thermography equipment installed at the theatre entrances. Guests who have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will not be admitted into the theatre, and tickets will be refunded.
- We will suspend the issuance of entrance receipts at the theatres for the time being.


[INSIDE THE THEATRE/ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW]

- We ask for your kind cooperation and consideration for maintaining enough distance between yourself and the other guests to avoid contact with each other.
- We ask our guests to please refrain from raising the volume of their voice when conversing inside the theatre. Please also refrain from vocalizing or singing towards the stage during the show.
- Please refrain from eating in the lobby and auditorium in the theatre.
- You will be allowed to bring your drink inside the theatre only if it is in a container with a cap or lid, such as a plastic bottle. For the time being, guests will be allowed to drink inside the auditorium, except during the show. Please be mindful of the other guests around you, and avoid facing towards someone when you do take a drink. (*Please note that this may not apply to venues other than the Shiki Exclusive Theatres.)
- Please bring your own hand towel or handkerchief to use in the restroom, as we will suspend the use of hand dryers.
- Theatre facilities are obligated to be fully equipped with air conditioning infrastructures according to laws and regulations, and utilize air conditioning systems which absorb sufficient external air into the theatre. In addition, the entrance and house doors will be opened to allow air ventilation before the show and during intermission.
- We ask our guests to please come to the theatre in clothing that would allow for their own temperature control, as the heating inside the theatre may be less effective due to increased frequency of air ventilation.
- Handrails, armrests, and other areas which are frequently touched directly by our guests are being disinfected every day.
- Please note that the following services will be suspended for the time being.

 *Food and beverage kiosks
 *Smoking areas
 *Cloakroom for coat check/hand baggage
 *Blanket rentals
- We will humbly decline gifts of presents, letters, flowers, or sweets for the performers for the time being.
- After the show, we ask our guests to not rush out of the theatre, and leave gradually by keeping enough distance between each other.


[BEFORE YOU SEE THE SHOW]

◆If You Feel Unwell
- We kindly ask that guests refrain from visiting the theatre if you feel unwell from symptoms including the following:

(1) If you have a fever (which is more than 1 degree Celsius higher than normal average temperature or above 37.5 degrees Celsius), severe coughs, breathing difficulty, general malaise or fatigue, sore throat, taste/smell abnormality, diarrhea, and/or nausea/vomit.
(2) If you have visited a country or region where the Japanese government has imposed entry restrictions and/or requires a post-entry testing/standby period within one week prior to the performance, or if you have had close contact with a person residing in a relevant country or region within one week prior to the performance. However, this may not apply should the guest conform to the “Japanese Border Measures” set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
(3) If you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection.

*If you are unable to visit the theatre due to the reasons (1) ~ (3) above, tickets will be refunded for performances until Friday, March 31st, 2023 (please note that this will require a certain processing fee).

*Please note that the above operational guidelines may not apply to National Tour performances sponsored by presenters other than Shiki Theatre Company. For details, please refer to the website/information provided by the presenters or venues of each performance.


[OTHERS]
- Please be advised that there are productions for which there may be changes to the direction and staging in parts of the show, in consideration of sanitary measures. Thank you for your understanding.
- Members of the Shiki Theatre Company are conducting temperature checks every day, and taking the utmost care for health and hygiene control.
- In addition, the actors who perform in our shows are subjected to PCR tests approximately once a month using saliva samples in order to test for the novel coronavirus infection.

Please be sure to include in your email the details of your purchased ticket(s), including the title of show, performance date and time, seat number(s), and method of purchase.

Please be advised that performances may be suddenly canceled should there be any special requests issued by the national and/or local government authorities in the future.
