How to Get Tickets

Tickets for Shiki Theatre productions can be reserved easily at any time on-line.
This page explains the procedure.

Step 1

Select Performance / Production / Date

Select the performance period from the “desired production / performance venue” column.
 N.B.: In some cases, the same production is being staged at two theatres. Ensure that the correct venue is selected.

Step 2

Select Performance Schedule

Select your desired date on the calendar.

Step 3

Select Seat / No. of People

  1. Select your desired seats for the number of people in the party from the seating plan.
    When you make your selection, the seat number/s and fee for the selected seat/s will be displayed at the bottom of your smartphone screen, or on the right of your computer screen.
  2. If the information is correct, click or tap the orange button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 4

Select whether you wish to join the Shiki no Kai (joining fee applies)

If you do not wish to join, click or tap the orange button on the bottom of the screen.

Step 5

Confirm Discounts Applied

  1. If you have selected Family Zone, select the age group of the people who will occupy the seats (adult, child).
    N.B.: Child = aged 3 years and up, and under 12 years
    N.B.: If you did not select Family Zone, this screen will not be displayed.
  2. If you have a coupon code, enter the code number. If you do not have a coupon, click or tap the orange button at the bottom right of the screen.
    N.B.: The timer at the bottom of the screen indicates the time remaining to effect the reservation. Please ensure that you complete the reservation within this time, or you will need to restart the process from the beginning.

Step 6

Select Payment and Ticket Collection Method

  1. If you live overseas, check “Please check if you live outside Japan.”
  2. Credit card payment is required.
    Enter your credit card number, expiry date, name on the card, and security code.
  3. For “About Tickets,” check “print ticket”
    A QR ticket will be issued around one month before the performance. You may print out the ticket and bring it with you, or show your smartphone screen at the theatre entrance.
  4. Finally, click or tap the orange button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 7

Confirm Reservation Details

If the information is correct, click or tap the orange button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 8

Enter Your Information

  1. Tick “Agree to terms and conditions” (2 places)
  2. Register personal information
    Name (full name), address and telephone number, date of birth and sex, ID Center registration (email address, setup password (twice), whether or not you wish to subscribe to the email magazine)
    ※ In order to make a reservation, you need to register at the ID Center (name, address, telephone number, email address). Remember the email address that you use to register and keep your password in a safe place.
  3. Click or tap the orange button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 9

Final confirmation

  1. Check that the information you input on the previous page is correct, then tick “Agree and confirm reservation.”
  2. Click or tap the orange button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 10

Completion - reservation number confirmed

Reservation complete. Make a note of your reservation number and keep it in a safe place.
A QR code ticket will be issued one month before the performance.
In order for the ticket to be issued, you will need to provide the reservation number and the telephone number that you registered when making the reservation.

To issue the ticket, follow the procedure shown on the “Ticket Reservations” page below.
